We have operational staff in our office ready to help provide any assistance you may need. We ask you direct all questions and appointment requests to our operational staff beforehand, prior to your scheduled appointment. Any pertinent information needed for the Media Pro will be relayed and communicated to them by our office staff.

Photo Session: This session is designed for residential real estate properties that are going to be listed on the market. Expect interior, exterior, and drone photography with this session. As always, next-day delivery is provided. Video Walkthrough Tour: Cinematic video tours showcase your property in a way that will awe your audience - with smooth movements and aerial shots, all in vivid high definition. Expect video delivered within 2 business days. 3D Matterport Scan: Create 3D walk-throughs, schematic floor plans, generate wall room & wall measurements, and more with our 3D scanning capabilities. Our scans cover the interior of your property at a 3D viewpoint. 2D to Scale Floor Plan: Showcase your property with a 2D floor plan scan generated at your listing. Receive next day delivery with all floor plans. Video Reel Made for Social Media: Get social! This vertical video is filmed, edited & sized for social media, created with a modern audience in mind, with a quick, 30 second overview of the property. Photo Reel Made for Social Media: Get social! This vertical video includes an exported video reel sized for social media, created with a modern audience in mind, with a quick overview of the property photos. 3D Rendering: We take basic 2D floor plans and enhance them into a more visual and graphic 3D edition giving builders and buyers a great way to showcase a home or commercial space before it’s built.

To ensure the appointments success, we advise that no one be present at the property (including agent and homeowners). Should it be imperative the agent and/or homeowner be present, please keep in mind our Media Pros may ask anyone present to remain in one room/area for the duration of appointment. This allows our Media Pros to focus, not miss shots, and produce the best work possible.

Absolutely. This is our preferred method of entry.

If you need to reschedule your upcoming appointment, you can click the Change/Cancel appointment in your client portal on the order and reschedule for a better time and day that works for you. You can login here: http://listings.vastmediaspace.com. Any cancellation and/or rescheduling of appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a $30 fee.Though we do not charge for a rescheduling fee due to weather related circumstances, it is at the client’s discretion if they would prefer to reschedule the set appointment due to weather related circumstances. NOTE: we cannot provide aerial/drone services while it is raining/there is moisture in the air or during hazardous wind conditions.

We promise next-day delivery, with most of the time media delivered back to you before 9am the next morning. Please allow until 5pm, end of business day, in general for your photos to arrive back to you via email.

We promise a 1-5 business day delivery, with most of the time media delivered back to you within 2 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days in general for your video to arrive back to you via email.

We retain ownership of all media. Please refer to our terms and conditions when booking.

Yes, we do provide these services for rental properties! With our rental services pricing, our cost for in perpetuity licensing is built into the cost, noting you will be utilizing the media at an extended licensing in perpetuity, unlike our real estate market services with a momentary value on the license of the media (expiration at time of sale).

We work with hundreds of different vendors including but not limited to builders, businesses, brokerages, restaurants, car dealerships, and gyms to name a few. If you need digital media, we got you covered!

We produce commercials, promo videos, social media videos, website videos, and all scopes of photography.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for media turnaround for all commercial production.

Our pricing varies depending on the scope of the service request. We offer a one-sheet price overview with media options for you to review and select the tier that best fits your needs. All of our video production comes with one round of revisions upon receipt.

Based on your selected tier, we offer social media management on Business Instagram, Business Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, and LinkedIn.

We offer 2x/week, 3x/week, 5x/week, and 7x/week-- includes posting on the feed and story through our scheduling platform.

Depending on your tier selection, video and reels are included. Our tiers are curated for your needs and made to include monthly or quarterly content creation so your content will always be fresh and current.

Social Media Management can be as hands on or off as you’d like. We do require a weekly touch base email with said client. From there, we go to work, create the content and post for you.

Depending on the size and scope of the work involved, it usually takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks for a brand identity package. Initial proofs are usually sent in 1-2 weeks.

A branding project involves a lot of information gathering: notes and conversations with you. We’ll discuss your business goals, history, audience, competitors, and more. This sets parameters that guide the design. Since you’re helping to set those parameters yourself, you can be confident your brand identity will be just right.
